We use this tool very often with amazing results with our Kizomba Students.
Have you ever noticed that it is easier to make some movements to one side than to the other?
We call it the A side and B side movement.
- A Side is the one that is easier for you
- B Side is the one that will feel more uncomfortable for you
The interesting thing is that what is a A side for you, can be a B side for us and vice versa
